XAR DTD is mentioned but appears to be missing #59

I searched across the XAR project site, the 1.5.1 source drop, and 
revision 222 of http://xar.googlecode.com/svn/trunk, but was unable to 
find the DTD mentioned at http://code.google.com/p/xar/wiki/xarformat for 
the table of contents.  xarmdimport/schema.xml is the only schema-like 
thing I could find, and that doesn't appear to describe the Table of 
Contents.  Is XAR still changing too fast for this to be maintained?

There is no xar dtd, so it's invalid to reference one.  I've removed the 
reference from the wiki page.
