topographic variable in ascii grids don't match those in sensor summary #12

Some names don't match which necessitates extra error prone renaming. We should rename the grids or rename the column headings in sensors_topo.csv. Which should be considered canonical?

My proposed solution: rename the ascii grid files in the topo_grids directory and treat the original column names as canonical.
