Use gravimetric soil water data in climate summary grids somehow? #47

Look into modelling soil moisture. This will be coarse as there is only one measured value per sensor location per year.

I've implemented this but will wait to push this change until after further testing (which requires waiting for the current reconstructions to finish running on the quanah cluster).

DONE! FInal runs completing now on the cluster. See gswc-reconstruct.R for details

Basic approach is to model as a function of past monthly rainfall and topography. Course, but better than nothing.
