Outline of the understory results? #1

Hi @jwillms : can you put together an outline of results?. Maybe in a /results folder. Also make a folder for the manuscript and that can be started as well.

Hi @jwillms: Also, please commit your recent code and data updates and push those to the repo. The changes you mentioned on Friday 3/28 have not been pushed so I can't see them.

@jwillms : You added a new understory stats file in 5406e4b rather than changing the existing one. I don't think that is what you want to do. This is version control and you defeat the purpose when you do that as that looks like the same functionality. If you are still figuring things out, you can either fork the repo, or even just make sure you are happy with commits before pushing them.

This issue has been open for a month. Where are the results?

@jwillms : Ok, so I see an update two days ago and there are two different files style. We you get all results in a summary file, please commit and mark this issue as fixed.

I'm closing this as we at least have a start to a summary as of 3ffc692
