Data should include a table of all publications checked #3

Anything that made it through the initial screen should be included. There should be a column indicating which pubs where in Anne's initial analysis.

So is this ready to close as of 80c120c? Not marked fixed.

I created a folder for data base searches to differentiate these from the data that has been extracted. I just committed the list of publications that were checked from Web of Science. I will upload separate lists for Agricola and Forest Science. Is this the correct action to take for addressing this issue?

@jwillms : we still will need a table for the appendix of every paper we used (with full citations). See my notes in the text: https://github.com/schwilklab/understory-ma/blob/master/ms/understory-ma-ms.md

Hi Josh:

  1. we need the full citations for every paper we use. and we need a table of these in the ms
  2. We can supply an online appendix for all the rejected papers with maybe two categories of rejection (no correct content, or impossible to extract data since those are pretty distinct reasons to reject. I think you have all this already.
