Also, since Pat and Anne work in ms word, just send me the ms word version of the ms as well once you get comments and I will edit and comment in that. We can then just keep that word document as the ms.
Hello Everyone: I am back from travelling and can now work on this manuscript. I wasn’t able to carve out any time to look at it while on the raod unfortunately. I would like to make sure that I am reviewing the most current version – so have Dylan or Anne returned any comments to Jason?
Thanks for the update. pat

Hi Pat,
I believe you have the current draft.
No, I haven't made edits on the ms itself because we will switch to ms word for that and Josh didn't send an ms word version to me. I should get it from him rather than convert myself. I have cleaned up the data and code. Josh has a ton of good organized information but there were a few bugs in the analysis. He and I need to sit down and double check a few things. I doubt numbers will change very much, but I want to make sure they are fully correct. Good news is we have a good record of everything and it is all scripted, so easy enough to modify and rerun in response to review!

@jwillms: I reorganized, replaced data with what I think was udpated date and reran the analyses. Please run them yourself to create the plots, but the conf interval file is in the repo. Please check that these are the current data and check those results. If all is correct that paper should match these but I think only you know what version is correct. I did fairly atomic commits so it should be sinple to check each one.
