Text Border problem: When I delete the text border I lose the text formatting. #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter text on Title page
2. Change formatting
3. Remove border, then formatting disappears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

However, if you ‘save’ first, or enter the text changes AFTER the border is
removed the text changes seem to stick

Interestingly enough, this is difficult to replicate when working on the 
component in
isolation, outside of GLOMaker.

UPDATE:
This only happens if you have typed in your own text or used the Rich Text 
controls
to change the text. If the text was only set with Actionscript, the problem 
doesn't
occur.

Due to a problem with Flex code.
Fixed with workaround in r947.
