publishing problem #190

What steps will reproduce the problem?

go to: file-publish 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

even if file has been saved recently it asks you to save changes (it should
know file has been recently saved). If you do click save you are 
directed to a file open box NOT a save box. 
If you do click continue and publish the swf and html files do not work
although all the content seems to have been saved.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GLOMaker_snapshot_180609 , XP
