There is no facility in Designer mode to simply copy/replicate a node in order to create an identical page #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Designer mode
2. Select a node
3. Try to copy it (You can't)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
2 identical pages - you get 1 instead!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest GLO-Maker 2 on Mac

Please provide any additional information below.
