Incorrect file paths added during packaging #233

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an image (or any ext. asset) without specifying path
2. Package.
3. Open project from package.
4. Save.

Any file paths that were not set are converted incorrectly to absolute paths. 
They should not be processed.
