Option to configure list/board/checklist as default #1

Add an option to pebble-trello's settings to start the app in a predefined board/card/list/checklist.

Requires loading of trello content on settings page, should be possible with client.js (https://developers.trello.com/get-started). Also, message flow has to be adapted.
