In the system might be two instances representing the same author or institution, which is leading to wrong reporting

Select a duplicate of researcher/org unit
Find original researcher/org unit which should be replacement for selected
Merge data (part of information from fake record might be useful in original record)
Resolve links - Reestablish links from results linked with fake (point one) researcher/org unit to original one (point two)
Delete fake researcher/org unit

That feature might be found in CRIS UNS, log in as uputstvoadmin, try to add one record (for instance theses), when you are looking for a researcher, if you find more than one there is an option for merging them into one
