Timesaving suggestion #1

if you put the DB type question in step 1 (downloads) it would save a lot of time the first run thru if they did not download and configure the oracle instance

The problem is currently the installer needs the database, no way to run it without it (the installer simply fails if I do not provide an oracle connection to it). I was able to install sites with HSQLDB but still to run oracle must be active, because OPSS uses it. I am trying to figure out how to disable OPSS altogether..
