I could be wrong, but I don't think the general use case is to include all modules. I don't even do it in my own projects.

I've mistakenly missed this one, sorry. Your claim is absolutely true for production environments. However, my point was (as far as I could remember) it will be much easier to get up and running if user adds all modules at once.
