Improve reporting, plots and summary table

Just making an issue with somewhat connected points so I can keep track of this:

Improve reporting (=slackbot):

• Try to use slack block kit to get a single message per result
• Use markdown to add some quotes for file paths etc
• Add the summary table to the post. I have tried csv, but slack doesn't render it properly, try excel.
• Add the commit id
• Clean up how the background is reported. (Get rid of _corrected, see also #102).

Improve plots:

• Don't write the full file path in the title, but only write the plate name
• Keep track of which serum channel is used (right now it only says serum, but should say IgG / IgA).
• Save plots as jpg instead of png (smaller images, which matters a bit in slack).

Improve summary table:

• Get rid of _corrected in column names, see also #102.
• Look into ambiguous column name (see image below)

@tischi: I have listed some of the points from your earlier mails here to keep track of this. You also wrote this:

I don't quite understand it, could you please explain what exactly the difference between _background and _background_correction is?

Also, add a function that takes all the summaries, properly names the files, zips them and then posts them to latest-results, to have an easier way of downloading everything.

Plots; fix range for color map.

Improved default tables in #107. Color map ranges in plots were fixed by @imagirom. Slack summaries have also been implemented.
