Updated to allow Open All in Tab #2

Hi Matthew,

thanks for the patch. I have planned to develop it later. Only a problem: if you try to open ssh connections and apps together as tabs, CM opens only apps. Before merge your code, can you review it to fix this problem?

I have released new version on GitHub with some new features. I have also integrated your patch, reviewing some little problems. Thanks.
