Connection Manager Settings won't open #32

Arch Linux x64 with gnome 3.6 python2-gconf installed.

It wasn't working after enabling off the extensions website and I installed python2-gconf which made it work for a period of time. After some web browsing it stopped working again. Even after restarting the shell and a restart of the PC I can't get the settings to open.

What could I do to troubleshoot this?

Hi arfett, can you try to install GitHub version? Probably you have version 3 of python and this script is suitable only for v2. You can check in this way:

cd $HOME/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/connectionmanager@ciancio.net/
python2 connmgr.py

If it works then the last version on github should be works correctly.

It worked. Version I got from the website is 0.8 which is same as the gitbub version so I assumed there was no difference. I will try the github.

Does work with github files.
