Need to install libqt5widgets5 on Ubuntu? #137

Hello sciapp/gr developers!

When I run a CI workflow in Github Actions, libqt5widgets5 had to be installed for some GR features to work.

I'm not sure if it's the same on a local PC. This is just a report. If there is no problem, please ignore it.
