[Enhancement] More control on colorbar, e.g. colorbar_ticks and colorbar_width #149

It would be great if GR would allow more control on the colorbar. Coming from Julia/plots it seams like GR is actually the bottleneck here. Which is why I am relaying the issue over here.

Not sure how I could help on this one. But would very much appreciate such a feature.

This problem can only be fixed in Plots.jl. I'm out of office this week, but I'll check it ASAP ...
