Fix translation strings in German #35

Some translations were missing formatted placeholders, others had incorrect punctuation at the end. Some changes appearing in the diff are related to line formatting, but the actual changes are for about 15 translations.

Example of what happens when opening the translation in poedit without these changes:

4 errors, and the warnings were only about punctuation.

Hey Nico, thank you for the fixes! I've fixed the line lengths, you can use pybabel to avoid creating that many changes in the future. I also made a few small changes, as in some cases the punctuation you removed is necessary due to differences in the german and english texts, or the punctuation was missing in english and not superfluous in german.
