I made a new paragraph with more low-level details on metamorph. It is "tough material", not obvious Happy for any suggestion for more clarity

I made a new chapter on "best practices." @daslu I think it answers one of your open questions, about "when to use pipelines".

I think I am done with this for now. We cover as well ML from end-to-end with the three new chapters.
