Make a few more project config changes #29

Goal / Problem

Just a few more project/README changes. Some just minor things, and some to prep for pushing tablecloth.time to Clojars.

Proposed Solution

In the PR:

Fixing the build badge a bit so it has a link to the actual build run.
Adding a groupid for scicloj: org.scicloj. We need this so we can deploy to Clojars.
Setting the :url in project.clj
Misc typo(s)
