Fix #104 Add updated paths for Wolfram 14.1+ #122

Issue: It seems that since version 14.1 there is no more a Mathematica app, only a single Wolfram desktop app, which includes Mathematica.

Fix: Add the new paths. (Not all verified yet.)

@light-matters could you pls verify that it works for you 14.1 Linux?

Do you by a chance have also a Windows machine with 14.1 running?

I've tried Wolf. 14.1 on Mac, as well as Wolf. Engine 14.1 (which has unchanged location)

Sadly, I don't have a Windows machine with 14.1. My university licence also runs out at the end of September :( ! I might be able to install it on a Windows partition at home to check.

We could just hope it works and wait until a user disapproves the hypothesis :)
