Version 0.0.24 is not available from ansible-galaxy

Hi,

• Can't install the 0.0.24 version

  
  $ ansible-galaxy collection install scicore.guacamole:=0.0.24 --force
  Starting galaxy collection install process
  Process install dependency map
  ERROR! Failed to resolve the requested dependencies map. Could not satisfy the following requirements:

• scicore.guacamole:=0.0.24 (direct request)

The lastest version is not available (by default or with forced version :

• ansible-galaxy collection install scicore.guacamole --force will install the 0.0.23 version
• ansible-galaxy collection install scicore.guacamole:=0.0.23 --force can install the 0.0.23 version

The github CI publishing new releases to ansible galaxy is broken since the last update of galaxy.

By now you can install the collection from github as described in https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections_guide/collections_installing.html#installing-a-collection-from-a-git-repository-at-the-command-line

I am overworked and I don't know when I will find the time to fix the github CI
