Apresentação da tag <alternatives> em SciELO/homolog #619

Ao usar a tag <alternatives> em alguma tabela, o conteúdo da mesma some, aparecendo somente os itens antes de <alternatives>, ou seja, label e caption. Retirada a tag e mantida somente uma das opções possíveis (ou tabela codificada, ou em SVG), o conteúdo é normalmente mostrado, como segue o exemplo em homolog.xml: http://homolog.xml.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S0100-29452017000300301&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
