First example of partial OPDS/Atom file generated from SciELObooks metadata #2

The fixture scieloopds/fixtures/37t.json is the largest JSON file (in bytes) of the current ScieELO books catalog. It is used in test method test_make_opds_from_scielobooks_monograph_large which supports the incremental development of the OPDS/Atom XML renderer for full entries.
