Cool tool. Yes, we should do that. A sort of systematic snowballing method to find additional papers.

Suggested process:

  1. select papers for scoping review
  2. add papers to zotero library
  3. export library and add to Gecko
  4. scan Gecko for additional relevant papers
  5. add relevant papers to scoping review

Or maybe there is a way to do this directly in R.

Open Alex has a field called "related sources", we can use that instead of Gecko maybe?

We can use openalex to find other papers that the papers we select cite.
