General process for each scoping review topic #6

This is a huge topic and hence we want to break it down into smaller more manageable chunks.

Suggestions for subtopics (https://github.com/science-collective/admin/issues/5#issuecomment-1014401919) are:

For each of these topic we could have outline a general process of how we want to work with these topics.

A suggestion could be:

  1. Scoping review (protocol -> search -> write -> preprint -> publish journal article)
  2. Event (when the paper is at the preprint stage, we could organize an event for researchers to come and discuss the topic of the review, talk about how they work with the topic, learn about our findings, talk about barriers and solutions to problems related to the topic. Such a discussion could add further perspectives to our review before we publish it)
  3. Brainstorm needed tools (this could be a session, after the review has been published where we think about the gaps identified based on 1. and 2. and which tool(s) could fill these gaps. This would feed into our other branch of building tools)
  4. Blog post on website (based on findings from the review and the event, we could write a blog on our website and even similar blog posts, but with slightly different angles, to other places)

This would give us time to dive into each subtopic and build this initiative brick-by-brick.
