403 Error #23

While saving the mailchimp API key...under /civicrm/admin/setting/mailchimp screen-shot-2013-12-17-at-11 54, the following 403 error comes up. screen shot 2013-12-17 at 11 54 41 pm

Any idea as to what caused this error?

i am also getting the same message!! any idea how to get it working on 4.4.3?

thanks for the head up, but does not really work. My civi 4.4.4 anonymous user has permission to access "CiviContribute: make online contributions" but still getting error "We couldn't connect to the specified the URL. Please double check and try again."
