Loss of permissions data

Intermittent observations of a shared-with user losing edit permissions.

This has happened at least twice, after editing / saving the metadata form.

So far this bug cannot be reproduced. I explored elsewhere in the following ways:

• ensured I combed through diffs and updated overrides on upgrades to sufia 7.1 and 7.2.
• combed through issues in sufia and curation_concerns for anything potentially related:
  • (currently open) projecthydra/sufia/issues/2820
  • (generates an error we're not seeing) https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/issues/2737
  • (generates an error we're not seeing) https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/issues/2821
  • inquired on slack; justin suggests it may be related to work he's doing now for projecthydra/sufia/issues/2820, including https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-head/pull/397 and https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-head/pull/398

This may be a fix for this issue and our other permissions issue, #283. I will look into upgrading.

Looks like that update needs to wait until ActiveFedora 11. therefore, trying this is blocked by #235

This should be resolved as part of sufia upgrade (pr #407). @catlu please let me know if you see any more permissions bugs
