Move content to local_env.yml #870

To make addresses easier to change look at moving the email address used to local_env rather than keeping it in the code. Also makes it less obvious.

Check if the following files can be merged into local_env.yml

[ ] blacklight.yml
[ ] fedora.yml
[ ] local_env.yml
[ ] resque-pool.yml
[ ] solr.yml
[ ] database.yml
[ ] initializers
[ ] redis.yml
[ ] secrets.yml

@sanfordd awesome, can you give me a URL for where I find these things in ansible bitbucket repo, so I can see how they are generated currently, and what's being put in them?

I think initializers is a directory, not a file? I am not sure what if any files within that dir are ansible-provided? Or maybe I'm just confused and not sure what it is!

It is the shared/config directory in sufia not the initializers that has the files. The ansible code can be found in https://bitbucket.org/ChemicalHeritageFoundation/ansible-inventory/src/master/roles/sufia_config/ The templates folder has the the yml files currently being managed that the role pushes out.
