[ ] layouts/shortcodes/numfocus.html -- Maybe we should just remove it. But maybe numpy and scipy should have similar looking donation buttons:

@stefanv We are almost there. After you fixed up the tricky parts, I just removed files that we don't need in #78. I've updated the first comment to reflect the last few items that need to be removed or made more general.

I think we should remove the NumFOCUS shortcode and add an OpenCollective button, as in use by NumPy:

Projects can still easily advertise that they are affiliated with NumFOCUS by adding the NumFOCUS logo directly.
