Relative and absolute tolerances for NewtonSolver #50

Attempt at fixing #47

@finsberg with this, the test is solved is 12 newton iterations. As in the previous version.

Tests pass locally, but I'm struggling to print the logs ....

@RemDelaporteMathurin Nice job! I added a line to initialize logging in the blocked solver example, so that you can see the logs.
