Story

Disable the deploy to production option, until we're ready to go live with this app/repo. The host points to our current production domain. This is being done to prevent us from accidentally deploying to production until it's time to truly do so.

@aprilrieger Is there a way to disable the production deploy option? This PR simply renames the production.tmp file. Will that work? That way we can keep it around but hopefully not have it as an option in the dropdown.

Never mind. I did this wrong. I think I should comment this out instead.
