I was able to log in using the support@notch8 account (which was not an admin). When I went into the proprietor account and made support an admin, I got the error as described above.
It appears that the default admin set may have failed to create. I have not verified this via Rancher.
The sentry error has a backtrace which may be helpful.
When I used my vanarsdk@andrews.edu admin account to log into the car-dl tenant on production, I lost access to the site. I'm getting a "we're sorry, but something went wrong" error that won't go away on refresh or by changing the URL (for example, from the dashboard URL to the homepage).

I am logged in using Firefox, and the site won't show. I am logged out in Chrome, and the site will show.
Below: view of homepage showing just fine on Chrome while no user is logged in.
I can access car-dl on staging, and I can access other production tenants while logged in (such as adl.b2). As far as I can tell right now, it's just the car-dl.b2 site that is erroring now that I am logged in.
