Summary

TLDR; The importer is down. LaRita uploaded a batch that showed no errors, but the works were not created when it completed

She is also noticing that some works from the recent OAI bulk uploads split but did not create all child work pages

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Imports can be successfully run and their contents successfully uploaded

This seems to be resolved now. Ticket no longer needed
