Full text search is broken #210

Story

Full text search no longer works, along with snippets and UV search. Catalog search picks up only titles and metadata, not text from within the files.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Full text search is working from catalog search
[ ] Snippets appear in catalog search
[ ] Full text search works in viewer

Seems to be a cleanup/reindex issue, as recent works appear to be ok.
