Summary

As a backup plan for ingests, set up PDF.js for adventist-dl.

[ ] PDF.js will render the PDF resources from S3 if the PDF splitting was not completed for that work

The S3 url lives on the PDF file set's import_url
Works can sometimes have both an ARCHIVAL and a READER, we want the ARCHIVAL to be displayed

Add logic that when the UV fails, fall back to PDF.js
