Collections in Knapsack missing fields #236

Ticket scientist-softserv/adventist_knapsack#251 dealt with fields that showed on edit but didn't show on save/public view. This new ticket deals with new behavior. As of today (10/26/23) there are many fields missing from the "create new collection" page on Knapsack, as compared to our current Hyku. We rely on many of these fields (although certainly not all). Can we bring at least some of them back? I will attempt to catalog what is different. Bear with me. It is very confusing.

I see what Kirk is seeing. The bug appears to be resolved, so I'm closing the ticket.
