Homepage missing Explore Collections tab and View All Collections link (Knapsack) #250

Of the three tenants I'm testing for Knapsack, only the ADL tenant has any collections listed on the homepage. The collections listed on the ADL tenant homepage are just links to the actual ADL site on production, so I can't test collections within the Knapsack environment using that tenant.

I tried to enhance collections on the demo tenant and add them to the homepage so I could test the Explore Collections tab and the View all Collections link. Although there are collections created on the demo tenant, I can't find a way to feature them on the homepage, and the homepage does not automatically have the Explore Collections tab or View all Collections link. Only Featured Works tab is visible.
