🐛 Can't click All Works Tab #301

If you log into the admin dashboard, go to the works index page. There are two tabs. Click on All Tabs. It leads to an error:

Acceptance Criteria

Clicking on the All Tabs tab should not lead the user to an error.

Kirk mentioned that this may be because the work doesn't have a depositor. Why doesn't it have one auto assigned?

Tested this from the branch where we could create works: i564...

it appears to be working now:
