In previous work, it was identified that an issue would arise with adventist using the same predicate for alternative titles and slugs, when they upgraded. Now, we are upgrading. We think there was some work done by Jeremy to help mitigate the issue. The goal of this ticket is to investigate the issue and identify if more work is needed to prevent the problem
