Twitter feed is not populating in ADL staging and prod

Even when I go to unrelated websites I am seeing their twitter feeds down as well. This seems to be a Twitter problem but I haven't found a outage/status page to confirm.

Additionally, I am seeing a lot of tweets complaining to Twitter about the same issue

I created ticket scientist-softserv/adventist_knapsack#348 because I didn't see this one. I think Elon Musk blocked third party apps, so I'm happy to see the Twitter (I'm sorry, X-formerly-known-as-Twitter) widget go away. I'm sad, because it worked beautifully when SoftServ installed it for us. But I don't want the team to try hard to fix this issue. Maybe there's a widget we could connect to our Instagram? We just want to use social media to push news to our homepage.

Our preference would be to either replace Twitter with an Instagram widget or remove it altogether.
