We discovered that there were solr documents but no Fedora records for these. The 20 solr documents were deleted manually via ActiveFedora::SolrService.delete('13345604__blind_me_lord'), then RerunErroredEntriesForImporterJob.perform_later(importer_id: 34) was run.

Currently waiting for results of above run for final 20 records.

It appears that this has resolved the problem. 5 of the rerun import jobs completed and appear to have run normally… 15 are left in the queue. One of the 5 completed works is this one.

It is apparently just a matter of time for these to complete now. When all the jobs complete, all of the URLS in the initial list should again exist.
