Include Helvetica Neue as font option

The current Adventist repositories use Helvetica Neue as the font in the Appearance tab of Settings. Knapsack doesn't currently (2023-11-15) offer that font as an option, so we can't match our branding. Can we please add Helvetica Neue?

ADL staging: Settings --> Appearance --> Fonts

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

On Staging, log in as admin user. Navigate to the fonts settings. Settings --> Appearance --> Fonts If another font is already selected, Click "restore all defaults". Otherwise you should already see the default font
