CSV Import - coverage.Spatial: #580

The publication geocodes didn't import via CSV. This is an extremely low priority to correct, as 99% of our uploads and our partner uploads will lack this metadata. However, it is theoretically mapped, and it isn't showing up in this example where the csv contained coordinates.
