Hide User Collection tag

Summary

Public show pages and collections in the catalog search have the "User Collection" and "Public" tag visible, when we have masked that in production. We still want that tag to be masked, please.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The User Collection and Public tags should not be visible on public collection show pages
• [x] The User Collection tag should not be visible in catalog search results
• [x] Feature parity with production

Testing Instructions

• Go to a public collection show page and see there are no tags for User Collection or Public
• Go to the catalog search results and see there is no User Collection tag
• Log in to the dashboard > Works > show page and see there are no tags for User Collection or Public
