Leaving a column empty is resulting in empty metadata to show on collections after a bulkrax import

Summary

From Christy: we do not put metadata on our collections themselves, but when i am running these tests its putting empty fields up there how do i keep this from happening? example https://dl-staging.atla.com/collections/william-wilberforce-papers-3782-3837-and-undated-3?locale=en (WE DO use “contributing institition” metadata on the collection, just not the other fields) and this one has more fields empty https://dl-staging.atla.com/collections/sounding-spirit?locale=en

Testing instructions

• [ ] Import a CSV that:
  • [ ] has a collection
  • [ ] with blank fields in non-required columns
  • [ ] here's a sample file (if testing with this file, be sure to change the identifier data): atla collection.csv
• [ ] Verify that the imported collection does not have empty metadata on its collection show page
