ticket 182 is likely related to this. the icons everywhere ticket originated with these princeton collections and the av not having thumbs

The only remaining issue here is with Princeton - re running these collections is not fixing the thumbnails it is completely removing them.

Princeton collections were one of the reasons we wanted this av icon. There av stuff does not have a thumbnail image so we want it to use our AV one. Currently it uses the default icon block.
