metadata fields do not have option to add more values #361

https://assaydepot.slack.com/archives/C031E2NF43T/p1712851741333229 the work form on the live site does not show the option to add more fields for the metadata fields. I just loaded the docker site on my computer and I see them there. What is going on? Both are in Chrome
